All of Tiger Lily's boys are beautiful and love to play. They are enchanting. Cream kittens are the red/Flame recessive gene. The coloring is cream even more salmon or pinkish, very beautiful and rare. Tiger Lily is a lynx and all her babies have a chance of being lynx too. Lynx is the tabby pattern, these babies will be more white. Tiger Lily was the TICA 2008 Cream Lynx Ragdoll, nationally.

A little about the red/cream genetics

The reason for all the male kittens being cream and all females will be blue/cream is that the cream/red gene is sex linked. All my breeder cats only have the dilute or recessive blue or cream genes to give, all kittens' coat color will be the ressive blue and cream colors.

The cream/red gene is located only on the "X" chomozome, and it functions differently than the other color genes. When an adult male cat receives an "X" chomozome with the cream/red gene, it will be cream/red. The male cat has "XY" and the cream/red gene wins.

It is more intersting with females. A female is "XX". When only one of the "X" chomozomes is cream/red in a girl, the other color gene received they work together, both colors show up in the coat. Yeilding a tortie or a blue/cream depending on the recessive dilute gene. To get a blue/cream, each gene from each parent must be the dilute or recessive.

In very rare occations, 1 in 10,000, a male is tortie or blue/cream. That would be the genetic mutation of "XXY".

The only way to get a cream/red girl is if both parents each give an "X" with the red/cream gene. Meaning to guarentee a cream/red girl, both parents are cream/red to begin with. A cream/red tortie can pass an "X" gene too, but it is 50/50 chance.
